Kristen joined Bensman Risk Management in 2007 as a Risk Management Advisor. Bensman Risk Management specializes in the unique personal insurance and risk management needs of affluent individuals. These special needs include high-valued homes, collectibles, fine art, jewelry, automobiles, multiple residences, domestic worker’s compensation insurance and high limits of excess liability coverage.

Since 1992, Kristen has served the property and casualty insurance needs of clients. In addition to her expertise in property and casualty insurance, Kristen has developed a unique specialty partnering with residential real estate professionals, designing insurance programs to help to fulfill their clients’ needs.

“As a Risk Management Advisor, I am dedicated to identifying my client’s exposures and fulfilling their personal insurance and risk management needs, including home, auto, and valuable articles and excess liability. I enjoy building close relationships with clients, understanding their unique matrix of needs and objectives, and working with them to create customized solutions.”

Education
Kristen graduated from Michigan State University, Lansing, Michigan and earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Security Management. In addition, she earned the professional designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative.

Personal
Kristen lives in Vernon Hills, IL with her two sons. She enjoys golf, cooking and bicycling with her children.
