Recognized as a trusted legal advisor and dedicated client advocate, Anne brings her professional skills and extensive legal background to her role as Client Advisor for The Bensman Group.

For the last 10 years, Anne served as a corporate attorney and assistant general counsel for Zurich Financial Services, providing advisory and legal services to its Claims, TPA and Risk Management Divisions. Previously, she was a practicing healthcare and corporate attorney with more than 20 years of experience. Anne was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for a non-profit regional healthcare system, providing legal services to its hospitals, foundation and healthcare services company. She also was counsel to medical staff and multispecialty physician practices, and a registered lobbyist for the healthcare industry.

Education
Anne earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University, and she has completed postgraduate studies in business, finance and portfolio management at the University of Chicago and the University of Nebraska. She also maintains life, accident and health, variable annuities and property/casualty insurance licenses, and Series 7 General Securities Representative, and Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Exam securities licenses.

Personal
Anne currently resides in Chicago's northern suburbs. She enjoys volunteering her time and has served as a board member for a variety of organizations. Her interests include reading, writing and a love of animals and horses that she shares with her husband. Anne's son is a writer living in Chicago.
