As one of your primary advisors, we work closely with key members of your advisory team to help ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to your overall planning.

We believe The Bensman Group's employee benefits team is distinguished by its ability to bring customized solutions as well as high levels of experience and service to middle-market organizations (including senior management) with 10 to 1,000 employees. We focus on organizations whose most valuable assets are their employees, such as in the fields of law, accounting, finance, technology and health care.

We provide four primary insurance-type programs including:

  • Group insurance (i.e. life, health and disability)
  • Voluntary payroll deduction coverage (i.e. life and AD&D)
  • Executive benefits (i.e. life and disability)
  • Non-traditional portable executive benefit plans

Through our program design process, we analyze current plans, compare the program's effectiveness with other employer plans and provide recommended solutions. These solutions are made after we have explored the most cost-effective programs available, negotiated renewals, and reviewed funding alternatives and performance-based contracts from insurance carriers.

We also provide managed healthcare options while assisting in the selection of delivery systems such as conventional, consumer driven and self-funded plans.

Our corporate clients can expect ongoing services including verifying and processing contracts and amendments along with assisting in the resolution of claims disputes, eligibility issues and contract interpretation.
